While at Tech Ed EMEA IT Pro 2008 in Barcelona, Richard and Greg talk to John Rodriguez, a Premier Field Engineer focused on Exchange Server. John walks through the strategies and tactics for troubleshooting problems with Microsoft Exchange Server.

John Rodriguez (johnro) is a Senior Premier Field Engineer, a role which has allowed him to help customers around the world recover from the toughest Exchange related problems. Based in Minnesota, John is the worldwide PFE lead for the Exchange Risk Assessment (ExRAP) program as well as a subject matter expert on Exchange performance analysis. He has taught the Performance & Scalability and Public Folders modules at the Exchange Ranger (now Microsoft Certified Masters) program since 2006 and is a regular speaker at TechReady and TechEd events, usually on the topics of troubleshooting and performance analysis. John has been with Microsoft for six years, and doesn’t plan on leaving any time soon.
