Richard and Greg talk to Jose Barreto from the File Server Team at Microsoft. Jose talks about File Replication Services, Distributed File System and other technologies for file servers.

Jose is a Principal Program Manager in the File Server Team under the Server and Cloud Division at Microsoft. He joined Microsoft in 2002 and worked on several projects there, including the File Server Capacity Tool (FSCT), Windows Storage Server 2008 (including the Microsoft iSCSI Software Target) and the DFS Namespaces feature in Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows 7.
